Sugar-free vegan
tahini fudge

What you will need to fill a 9-inch pan:


150 gram sugar-free dark vegan chocolate

1/2 cup oat milk. Alternatively, you can use almond milk or cashew milk

1/2 cup tahini

15 soft dates, deseeded 


  1. Finely chop the chocolate and place in a microwave safe bowl. 

  2. Heat the chocolate in a microwave setting the timer at 30 seconds each time until the chocolate comes out smooth and dissolved. Alternatively you can melt the chocolate au-bain-marie style.

  3. In a high speed blender, mix in all ingredients until a smooth chocolatey, runny paste comes out. 

  4. Place in a baking tray or cake pan and leave to cool in the fridge for about 4 hours before serving.  


Tip: check your dates for softness by squeezing them with your fingertips. If you can squeeze them easily, they are soft enough. If they are a bit tough, you can soak them in a bowl by combining them together with milk. After about 20 minutes, they should be soft enough.
