What you'll need for a filling smoothie:
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries - 1 small or 1/2 a large ripe avocado - 1/3 cup walnuts - 3 dates - 2/3 cup plant based milk (I used almond milk)
Optional: 1 teaspoon ginger powder and/or 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (this last one turned out to be uber delicious!
