Recipe share: coffee walnut bliss balls

Bliss balls are the perfect treat: they are simple to make, healthy, delicious and you can vary in flavours endlessly! Here's one for extra energy: 

For about 24 - 28 bliss balls you will need:

- 1/3 cup dates - 200 gram grated coconut, plus extra for coating - 1/4 cup shot of strong espresso - 1 1/4 cup walnuts

1. In a food processor, mix walnuts until they are coarsely ground.

2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms. 

3. Shape the dough into small balls, coat them in grated coconut, and enjoy as they are or refrigerate for about 2 hours.
