Overnight oats

 

Makes 1-2 servings:

 

1/2 can (200 ml) coconut milk

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup oat milk. Alternatively, you can use cashew milk or almond milk

1 tbsp (15 g) ground whole wheat bran. Alternatively, you can use chia seeds or ground flax seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

Maple syrup to taste
