Detox turmeric
& coconut smoothie

For one breakfast serving you will need: 

 

1/3 cup coconut cream from a can 

5 dates, deseeded
2/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup oat flour 

1 teaspoon curcuma


Optional: 1 teaspoon ginger powder and/or 1 tablespoon shredded coconut 

 

Mix all ingredients well in a smoothie blender or use a hand mixer to blend well.
